I entered the wrong shipping address
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we can update the address. Once the order ships, the carrier controls delivery and address changes may no longer be possible.
I need to cancel or change my order
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll check the order status.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation
First check your spam or promotions folder.
If you still can’t find it, contact us and we can resend the confirmation.
My tracking number isn’t updating
Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours after shipment. If there are still no updates after that time, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
My package is delayed
Shipping delays can occur due to weather, high shipping volume, or carrier processing issues. Check the tracking link for updates. If the package appears stalled for several days, contact us.
The tracking says delivered but I don’t have the package
Check around your property, mailbox, or with neighbors first. Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered slightly early. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
My order arrived damaged
Please contact us with photos of the damage and packaging so we can quickly arrange a replacement or solution.
I received the wrong item
Contact us with yourorder number and a photo of what you received, and we’ll send the correct item.
Something is missing from my order
Check the packing slip to confirm all items.
If something is missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll resolve it.
